- Packages are shipped via InPost and Poczta Polska.
- Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the package in the presence of the courier or immediately after picking it up from a package locker.
If the package is damaged and you suspect that the contents have been tampered with or are missing, you must file a damage report.
This damage report serves as the basis for initiating a claim with the courier company.
