• Our E-BOOKs are sold as digital files in formats: EPUB, MOBI. As soon as we have credited the payment to our account, a separate e-mail will be sent with the files to download.
  
  
• Due to the nature of the sales system, payment methods for the e-book such as - traditional transfer, PayPal - will be confirmed when our employee gets the feedback from the bank account. This may take from a few hours to a few days, as follows:
  - e-book ordered on any day after 2:00 pm will be shipped the next day,
  - e-book ordered on Friday after 2:00 pm will be shipped on Monday.
  
  
• Traditional transfer and PayPal are not quick payments and do not result in immediate shipment of the e-book.
  We ask for your understanding and apologize for the inconvenience.
  
  
• If, after receiving the email, you experience problems downloading or opening the file, we recommend checking whether the application supports the above-mentioned formats. Sometimes changing the application solves these problems.

We kindly inform that due to Brexit and necessity of adaptation of British tax regulations, orders (books and e-books) from Great Britain and Ireland will be not processed until further notice. We also do not send orders to the following countries: Russia, Ukraine. We apologise for the inconvenience.
