All orders are processed Monday through Friday. If an order is placed on a weekend or a holiday, processing will begin on the next business day.
The product processing time is always listed in the product description and on this page; please add the shipping time provided by your chosen courier service. The order processing time is calculated from the moment the payment for the order is received.
The delivery time is calculated from the date of shipment. Packages are shipped via InPost and Poczta Polska. Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the package in the presence of the courier or immediately after picking it up from a package locker. If the package is damaged and you suspect that the contents have been tampered with or are missing, you must file a damage report. This damage report serves as the basis for initiating a claim with the courier company.
