Due to the nature of the sales system, payment methods for the e-book such as - traditional transfer, PayPal
- will be confirmed when our employee gets the feedback from the bank account.

This may take from a few hours to a few days, as follows:
- e-book ordered on any day after 2:00 pm will be shipped the next day,
- e-book ordered on Friday after 2:00 pm will be shipped on Monday.

Traditional transfer and PayPal are not quick payments and do not result in immediate shipment of the e-book.
We ask for your understanding and apologize for the inconvenience.

As soon as we have credited the payment to our account, a separate e-mail will be sent with the files to download.

If, after receiving the email, you experience problems downloading or opening the file,
we recommend checking whether the application supports the above-mentioned formats.
Sometimes changing the application solves these problems.

We would like to inform you that, due to the applicable tax regulations,
the Museum has been forced to suspend the sale of e-books to individuals residing outside the European Union.

Efforts are underway to restore this purchasing option.

We also do not send orders to the following countries: Russia, Ukraine.

We apologise for the inconvenience.
